Civil war drives down property prices...  Does this really deserve to be on the front page of the Washington Post?

Civil wars also drive up property prices. Like the article says, it's increasingly expensive to get housing in Anbar because that's where people are fleeing.

I thought it was an interesting way of describing how ethnic cleansing is happening in a context that's more accessible to most American readers.

Clarification on my last comment: Anbar is where some Sunnis flee to after leaving Baghdad.
