Here's the next question: the coup against Chavez failed under its own weight. The Honduran military took care of that in part by physically removing Zelaya from the country and the coup seems to have the near-unanimous support of the legislative and judicial branches. What, if anything, should Obama and/or the OAS do to restore the democratically-elected leader who seems to be enormously unpopular, at least to the rest of the Honduran government?
